Your $2.99 App Store purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Safari Camera on Apple devices associated with your App Store account, subject to Apple's usage rules. There is no subscription or in-app purchase in version 1.0.
Photography guidance
Recommendations depend on the scenario, selected gear, catalogue data, and your inputs. Conditions, firmware, camera configuration, subject behaviour, and equipment can differ. Check your camera manual, histogram, highlights, focus, and results in the field. You remain responsible for camera operation and creative decisions. Safari Camera does not claim professional endorsement.

Location, maps, and sun planning
Map positions, compass headings, sun paths, twilight, and event times are planning aids. Device sensors, map data, time zones, terrain, buildings, and atmospheric conditions can affect what you observe. Confirm access, direction, and conditions on site.
Wildlife and personal safety
Respect local laws, guides, landowners, protected areas, and ethical wildlife practice. Keep a safe distance, never pressure or bait wildlife for a photograph, and do not allow the app or camera to distract you from animals, vehicles, terrain, weather, or instructions from a guide.
Availability and liability
The app and its catalogue are provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abokado Labs is not liable for missed photographs, equipment damage, travel costs, personal injury, wildlife disturbance, forecast errors, or indirect loss arising from use of the app. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
